Online Fertility Counselling Across the UK

Specialist support for fertility, IVF, miscarriage and reproductive loss

Fertility Counselling Online-emotional support

You don’t have to go through this alone.

The Fertility Counselling Collective brings together BACP-registered counsellors who specialise in supporting people through fertility difficulties and the emotional impact of reproductive experiences.

We offer online fertility counselling across the UK, providing a private and supportive space to talk about what you’re experiencing, wherever you are in your fertility journey.

Whether you’re facing fertility investigations, going through IVF, coping with miscarriage or pregnancy loss, or finding the transition into parenthood more difficult than you expected, you can find specialist support here.

Individual counselling from £70 per session.

Specialist Online Support for Fertility & Reproductive Experiences

Fertility struggles can affect far more than the hope of having a baby.

They can change how you feel about your body, your relationships, your future and even your sense of who you are.

Treatment can bring repeated cycles of hope and disappointment. Pregnancy loss can leave you grieving something other people may not fully understand. And pregnancy or becoming a parent after fertility difficulties or loss can bring complicated feelings of its own.

You don’t need to minimise those experiences here.

Our counsellors understand the emotional complexity that can accompany fertility treatment, reproductive loss and the transition into parenthood.

Counselling gives you somewhere to talk openly about what is happening, without needing to protect anyone else from how you really feel.

Individual sessions from £70

Find the Fertility Counsellor Who Feels Right for You

Finding a counsellor is personal.

Qualifications and specialist knowledge matter, but so does the relationship you develop with the person sitting opposite you.

At The Fertility Counselling Collective, we believe effective fertility counselling begins with feeling safe enough to talk honestly about experiences that can be painful, complicated and sometimes difficult to put into words.

Our counsellors share a particular interest in fertility and reproductive experiences, while each brings their own personality, therapeutic approach and areas of experience.

You can read about Ailie, Jen and Milena and choose the counsellor who feels most suited to you.

Pregnancy and early parenthood aren’t always experienced in the way we expect.

Previous fertility difficulties, reproductive trauma or pregnancy loss can also affect how pregnancy and becoming a parent feel.

Specialist counselling offers somewhere to explore the emotional changes and challenges that can accompany this transition.

How Online Fertility Counselling Works

1.  Book a free call

Start with a free 10-minute conversation.

It’s an opportunity to briefly talk about what has brought you to counselling, ask questions and find out whether the counsellor you’ve chosen feels like the right professional fit.

If you’d like to continue, you’ll arrange your first counselling session.

2. Your first session

Your first online counselling session gives you more time to talk about what has brought you here and what you would like support with.

Your counsellor will begin getting to know you and understanding your experiences, needs and hopes for counselling.

Sessions are confidential and take place online.

3. Continue your counselling

If you decide you’d like to continue, you and your counsellor can agree an ongoing appointment time that works for you.

Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes.

Fees:

£70 for individual 50 minute session

**£90 for couples 60 minute session with Ailie: Ailie is not taking on new clients until Spring 2027
